Alexis Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2015 as a Party Manager at lifezone360, where they were responsible for event set-ups, client experience, and enforcing facility rules. In 2019, Alexis worked as a Starbucks Barista at Target, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring register accuracy. They also gained experience as a Community Assistant at Campus Advantage, where they provided customer service, scheduled property tours, and managed resident conflicts. Alexis then joined GreenStone Farm Credit Services in 2021, starting as a Learning and Development Intern in the Human Resources department. They later transitioned to the role of Learning and Development Partner, where they created change management plans, provided software training, and facilitated learning courses. Currently, Alexis holds the position of Associate Business Systems Analyst at GreenStone Farm Credit Services.
Alexis Rosa's education history begins in 2014 when they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Burlington Central High School. Following that, from 2018 to 2022, Alexis attended Michigan State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management.
In terms of additional certifications, Alexis has obtained several throughout their career. In February 2021, they completed courses in Building Relationships While Working from Home, Business Ethics, Inclusive Mindset, Preventing Harassment in the Workplace, and Understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), all from LinkedIn. In May 2022, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and in July 2022, they earned an ATD Adult Learning Certificate from SEWI-ATD - Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Talent Development. Their latest certification, Discovering Your Strengths, was obtained in January 2023 from LinkedIn.
