Senior Organizational Development Partner at GreenStone Farm Credit Services

Lindsey Bliss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lindsey is currently with GreenStone Farm Credit Services, where they lead the Change Management efforts. Lindsey works closely with the Project Management Office and Business Analysis team to implement the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Model, which includes internal communication, project sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as a Communications and Public Relations Specialist at GreenStone.

Before joining GreenStone, Lindsey worked at Michigan State University in various positions. As a Digital Communications Manager, they managed communications strategies and social media for the Culinary Services department. Lindsey also acted as a liaison to Marketing Communications and wrote and edited web content. Lindsey also served as an Editor/Graphic Designer and Culinary Services Communications Manager during their time at Michigan State University.

Lindsey's work experience also includes roles at Gannett as an Editorial Assistant and at Michigan State University as an Editorial Assistant for Fourth Genre. Additionally, they worked as an Undergraduate Writing Consultant at The Writing Center at Michigan State University.

Lindsey Bliss completed their Master of Arts degree in Digital Rhetoric & Professional Writing at Michigan State University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Lindsey has obtained several certifications. Lindsey became an Organization Development Certified Professional from the Institute of Organization Development in August 2022. Lindsey also obtained certifications in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning and Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in January and October 2021, respectively. Lindsey completed the Prosci® Methodology Application Program from Prosci in November 2021 and became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in September 2020.

Furthermore, Lindsey has received various online certifications. Lindsey completed the course "Take a Holistic Approach to Advancing Your Career" from LinkedIn in October 2021. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits" from LinkedIn. Lindsey also completed courses in "Your L&D Organization as a Competitive Advantage," "Measuring Learning Effectiveness," and "Instructional Design: Needs Analysis" from LinkedIn in June and October 2021, and September 2020, respectively. Additionally, they obtained an Adult Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in August 2017. Lastly, Lindsey completed the course "Ecommerce Analytics: From Data to Decisions" from Google Analytics Academy in July 2014.
