In 2016, Paul joined GreenStone Farm Credit Services as an Application Systems Analyst, and later served as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager. Their roles involved managing and analyzing IT applications, handling business analysis and system design, and ensuring successful project completion through risk and issue management. Throughout their time at GreenStone, Paul focused primarily on Information Services-related projects.

Paul Engler received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Michigan State University between the years 2003 and 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Prosci Change Management Professional certification from Prosci in September 2020, and the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from GreenStone Farm Credit Services in April 2017.

GreenStone Farm Credit Services, based in East Lansing, Michigan, is Michigan and northeast Wisconsin’s largest agricultural lender and the country’s seventh largest association in the Farm Credit System. A member-owned cooperative, GreenStone owns and manages over $13 billion in assets and serves 28,000 members with 35 locations in Michigan and northeast Wisconsin.
