Dawn Mahoney

Dawn Mahoney, Esq. has held a variety of legal roles since 2000. From 2000 to 2011, they worked at Micro Financial, Inc. (Parent Company of TimePayment Corp.), first as a Litigation Coordinator/Direct Suit Supervisor, then as a Supervisor/In-State Litigation Paralegal, and finally as Manager of Legal/Litigation and Assistant General Counsel. In 2011, they joined UTC Power, A United Technologies Company as a Contracts Manager. In 2012, they moved to Alstom Power as a Contracts Manager, New Energies-Renewables. From 2013 to 2014, they served as Associate General Counsel at ClearEdge Power. From 2014 to 2017, they were General Counsel at Doosan Fuel Cell America, Inc. In 2017, they joined Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. as Sr. Corporate Counsel. In 2019, they moved to NEC Energy Solutions as Deputy General Counsel. In 2020, they joined FuelCell Energy as Senior Legal Counsel. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at GreenStruxure as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Dawn Mahoney, Esq. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/International Relations from Bridgewater State University. Dawn then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law. In 2019, they obtained First and Second Degree Reiki (Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho) certification from The International Center for Reiki Training.
