Karim Hajjar has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2020, they began working as the VP of Digital Services for GreenStruxure. Prior to this, they were employed at Schneider Electric from 2007 to 2020, where they held various roles such as Data Officer and Digital Customer Experience Lead for the Services BU, Digital Transformation Lead for the Power Products Division of the Energy Management Business, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure and Services Director, and IT and Telecom Global Commodity Director for the Global Supply Chain. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Owner of Poudre&Glace, and from 1997 to 2003, they worked as a Telecom Consultant for HP.

Karim Hajjar completed an Engineering degree in Mobile Communications from Télécom SudParis between 1993 and 1996. Karim then went on to obtain a High Mountain Guide certification from Ecole Nationale de Ski et d'Alpinisme (ENSA) between 2003 and 2006. In 2011, they completed a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
