Servando Gonzalez Reyna has worked in a variety of roles in the electrical engineering and energy management fields since 2009. From 2009-2011, they worked as a Project Engineer for Plomaq S.A. de C.V. and as a Mechanical Piping Engineer for KBR, Inc. Servando also worked as an Internet Assessor for Lionbridge during this time. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Sales Support and Commercial Developer for GE Energy Connections. From 2013-2017, they worked as a Product Application Engineer, Business Development Manager, and Senior Sales Representative for Schneider Electric. In 2021, they worked as a Product Marketing Specialist for ABB. Servando currently works as a Principal Electrical Engineer for GreenStruxure.

Servando Gonzalez Reyna received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2010, having started their studies in 2005.
