James Terry

James Terry is the Founder and CEO of GreenTeam Building Services, a company established in June 2009 that focuses on institutional private utilities, including water and wastewater management, serving markets such as healthcare, hospitality, Class A office, industrial, education, and other institutional sectors. Prior to this role, James Terry worked as a Project Manager at Kerney and Associates from January 2010 to October 2011, where the focus was on mechanical retrofits, medical gas systems, and large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC piping projects. James Terry's education includes attendance at Western High School from 2000 to 2002 and further education through practical experience.
