Guido Omodeo Salè

Guido Omodeo Salè is the Managing Director for Italy at greentech since July 2025, with a strong background in the energy sector. Prior experience includes roles as Country Manager Italy and Business and Project Development Director at Smartenergy, where expertise encompassed renewables, green hydrogen, and battery energy storage systems. Previously, at Eni, focus was on sustainable energy strategy, commercial development of renewable energy projects, and policy analysis. Guido has academic qualifications including two MBA degrees, one specializing in energy economics, and extensive experience in marketing and consultancy roles in top organizations such as FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and KPMG. Educational background includes degrees from Università Bocconi, emlyon business school, and Rotterdam School of Management.
