Sheri Palazzo is the Founder, Advisor, Mentor, and Coach at Saplings Consulting since January 2014, specializing in coaching, mentoring, and advising individuals on building innovative products and high-performing teams. Sheri also serves as an Advisor and Mentor for start-ups in the Greentown Labs accelerator program, where responsibilities include roles such as Expert-In-Residence and Chair of the Women of Greentown Steering Committee since September 2019. Additionally, Sheri holds leadership positions including Co-Chair of the Recruiting Committee for Cleantech Open Northeast, Board Member at FORGE, and Advisor roles at multiple companies such as Gencores, DxLab Inc., The ApplyAI, Sunny, AeroShield Materials, and AutoPCB. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
