Carlos Phillips

Carlos Phillips is the current President and CEO of the Greenville Chamber. Prior to taking on this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Membership and Marketing for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce from January 2010 to November 2014. In November 2014, they took on the role of Senior Vice President at Greater Louisville Inc., where they served until March 2016. From January 2006 to January 2010, Phillips was the Vice President of Member and Investor Development for Greater Louisville Inc. and The Metro Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, they worked in various sales and leadership positions at Cingular Wireless from April 1993 to December 2005.

Carlos Phillips has a BA in Communication from the University of Kentucky and an MA in Organizational Communications from Western Kentucky University.
