Traci Newkirk is the Vice Chair of Organizational Effectiveness at the Greenville Chamber. Traci has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, and has helped companies like ICAP Solutions - Intellectual Capitol, Inc. improve their performance.

Traci Newkirk has a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership-Executive Coaching from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Winthrop University. Traci also has a High School diploma from Riverside High School.
