Kaitlin Grooms

Kaitlin Grooms, CPTD, CUHRCP, serves as the VP of HR & Development at Greenville Federal Credit Union since September 2010, having previously held roles such as Director of Training and Development and AVP of Branch Services, where responsibilities included managing and implementing sales, service, and operational strategies. Prior experience at Bank of America from November 2003 to September 2010 included serving as AVP and Banking Center Manager, overseeing operations and business development for the largest branch in the Upstate market. Kaitlin Grooms holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina and completed the Southeast CUNA Management School through the University of Georgia's Continuing Education program.
