Jonathan Faust

Jonathan Faust serves as the General Counsel and Chief of Staff for NYC Alliance & Related Entities since 2019. In addition to this role, Jonathan has been an active firefighter and Lieutenant with the Greenville Fire District since 2004, where Jonathan also holds the elected position of Fire Commissioner. From 2014 to 2020, Jonathan was a member of the Edgemont School District Board, overseeing a top public school district in the U.S. Jonathan's legal career includes notable positions as a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from 2006 to 2018, where Jonathan was involved in litigation and contributed to attorney recruitment and retention. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel for East Coast Ingredients, Senior Attorney at the Claims Resolution Tribunal, and Special Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Jonathan earned a JD with honors from Columbia Law School and a BA with honors in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
