Fire Captain/cause And Origin Investigator at Greenville Fire District

Robert Kearns is an experienced emergency services professional currently serving as the EMS Administrator (Chief) for the Town of Patterson since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Administrator- EMS. Kearns has been with the Greenville Fire District since August 1999, occupying roles such as Fire Captain/Cause and Origin Investigator, Fire Lieutenant, and Firefighter. Additional emergency medical experience includes working as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for various organizations including New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technician since September 1990 and Set Medic since August 2009. Kearns holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Fire Services Administration from the University of New Haven, along with an Associate of Science in Fire Protection Technology from Corning Community College and another Associate of Science in Liberal Arts Math/Science from SUNY Westchester Community College.
