Liadi Teslim Ayobami has more than 7 years of work experience in various project management roles. LIADI started their career as a Project Supervisor at Addax Petroleum in May 2013. LIADI later worked as a Project Supervisor at Shell in April 2014 and as a Project Lead at Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited in February 2012 and December 2015.
In 2016, Liadi joined Total as a Project Supervisor and then moved on to Conoil PLC in October 2016, where they worked in a similar role.
In 2018, Liadi worked as a Project Supervisor at Greenville LNG and Shanghai Metal Corporation (SMC). LIADI then joined ExxonMobil in 2019 as a Project Lead.

Liadi Teslim Ayobami has a diverse education history. In 2003, they enrolled at Lagos State University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2008. In 2019, Liadi underwent additional training. LIADI obtained an Offshore Safety Permit from the Department of Petroleum Resources and completed a Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) program at Opeans Safety Consultants. LIADI also took a course on Confined Space Entry at the Chevron Training Center in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Lastly, they completed the Basic Offshore Safety Induction Emergency Training (BOSIET) at Talmann Allied Services Company Limited.
