Chris Kelly Mpa

Chris Kelly, MPA, is a skilled planner currently serving in the City of Greenville, NC Government since May 2022 and has held multiple roles within the City Manager’s Office. Previous experience includes positions as Graduate Research Assistant at East Carolina University and several internships with the City of Greenville, starting in 2016, where Chris focused on local government operations, research projects, and feasibility studies. Chris holds a Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, completed between 2017 and 2023.
