David Harding

David Harding is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a comprehensive career in civil design and traffic engineering. Currently, David serves as the Owner of Harding Civil Design (HCD) since March 2023 and holds the position of Traffic Engineering Project Manager for the City of Greenville, South Carolina since August 2022. Previously, David worked as an Engineer at Goodwyn Mills Cawood from February 2018 to August 2022 and served as a Civil Engineer at Bluewater Civil Design, LLC from March 2017 to February 2018. David's career started at Wolverton & Associates as a Civil Engineer from June 2011 to March 2017, following an internship at Greenville Water System from May 2008 to August 2010. Academically, David earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and participated in the ACEC Georgia Future Leaders Program.
