Donna Carver, CFRE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and philanthropic initiatives. Currently serving as Partnership Development Manager and Business Analyst II for the City of Greenville, South Carolina, Donna focuses on evaluating and improving departmental processes.
