Freddie Wilkins

Freddie Wilkins is a seasoned Telecom Analyst with extensive experience in managing communication systems, services, and networks at the City of Greenville since September 2004. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing telephony VoIP networks, wireless networks, video surveillance systems, and various data networks, while also supporting the Network Analyst. Previously, from March 1992 to September 2004, Freddie worked for CenturyLink, first as a Business Service Tech, handling the installation and maintenance of various telecommunication circuits and systems, and earlier as a Network Switching Technician, focusing on customer connections and troubleshooting in both the Wilson and Greenville locations. Freddie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
