André MacHado Gonçalves

André Machado Gonçalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and project delivery. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Innovation Processes and Portfolio Management at Greenvolt Group since January 2025, André previously held the position of Innovation Ecosystem Lead at EDP from January 2022 to August 2025. André's background includes a role as Senior Manager of Innovation at Beta-i from March 2021 to September 2022, alongside various positions at Winning Scientific Management from July 2016 to March 2021, including Head of Delivery and Senior Project Manager. Earlier experience also features a role as Sales, HR, and Operations Project Manager at AIESEC from February 2015 to June 2016. André holds a Postgraduate degree in Digital Enterprise Management from NOVA IMS Information Management School and a degree in Physics Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
