Tom O'Donnell

Tom O'Donnell is the current COO at greenway dna. Tom has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Most notably, they were the Global Vice President of Technical Support at SawStop, LLC from April 2015 to January 2016. In this role, they oversaw post-sales technical support and service operations of global product sales for B2B and B2C customers. Tom restructured the organization to support global expansion initiatives in Asia, Europe, and Australia. Additionally, Tom has implemented a regional service repair facility network through vendor identification and contract negotiation and reengineered the escalation path, removed bottlenecks, put more decision power in the hands of frontline staff. Tom has also addressed technical issues revolving around customer clean power issues that would cause brakes to trip. As a result of their work, they were able to increase SAT scores by 45%, reduce hold times by 20%, and increase first call resolution by 70%. Prior to their role at SawStop, Tom was the Director of Global Service & Product Delivery at InFocus, Inc. from March 2013 to May 2015. Before that, they were the Senior Operations Manager – Customer Relationship Center at Knowledge Universe, Inc. from July 2011 to June 2012. Tom's career began when they served as an E5, 2nd Class Petty Officer in the U.S Coast Guard from November 1980 to October 1984.

Tom O'Donnell has a Master of Science from Florida State University in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies.

Tom O'Donnell reports to Gregg Steinberg, CEO. They work with Robert Brown - Chief Development Officer, Alex Liu - Chief Technical Officer, and John Eustermann - Chief Legal Officer.
