Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown is currently the VP of Field & Vendor Operations at Greenwich Associates. Deborah has over 18 years of experience in telecom, operations management, and customer service.

Brown started their career in 1996 as a Customer Care Manager at Adelphia Business Solutions Telecommunication. Deborah was quickly promoted to Operations Manager at C3i Incorporated in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations of the company, including the implementation of new products and services.

In December 2002, Brown left C3i to become a Consultant for Provisioning & Outsourcing Operations at IDT. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and training vendors, as well as architecting a comprehensive roadmap for bundled services. Deborah also headed the national rollout of a new product and transitioned from consultant to senior management.

In July 2010, Brown left IDT to join Greenwich Associates as the VP of Field & Vendor Operations. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's field operations and vendor relationships.

Deborah Brown's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo and certification from the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Deborah also has certification from PMI in Project Management Professional (PMP).

They work with Jim Voros - SVP, IT Operations and Facility Management, James Borger - MD, Markets, and Tomio Sumiyoshi - MD & Head of Japan. Deborah Brown reports to Steven C. Busby, CEO.
