Brian Baillie is a freelance writer and client relationship manager with extensive experience in the retail and education sectors. Since October 2017, Brian has worked as a freelance writer while simultaneously serving in various roles at Greenwise Organic Lawn Care and Landscape Design since February 2019, including client relationship administrator. Prior to these positions, Brian was a crew member at Trader Joe's for twelve years, where responsibilities ranged from merchandising to copywriting, while fostering strong customer service skills. In academia, Brian taught writing workshops for elementary students and served as a fiction writing tutor for college students at Columbia College Chicago, where a Bachelor of Arts in Fiction Writing was earned, along with a minor in Poetry.
