Kent Henry

Kent Henry is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Real Estate Development at Greenwood Homes since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kent held positions at Stanley Martin Homes as a Land Engineer and Land Acquisition Associate. With experience in overseeing land deals, interacting with localities, and managing development schedules, Kent brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. He also has previous experience as an Intern in both Production and Land Development fields at Stanley Martin Homes and as an Environmental Services Intern at Albemarle County. Kent received his education from Hampden-Sydney College and Franklin & Marshall College.
