John D’Elia

John D’Elia is Vice President of Estimating and Sales for Greenwood Industries and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industries. As Vice President, Mr. D’Elia is responsible for developing strategies for procuring new work, partnering with clients to provide budgeting, value engineering, constructability services, and managing an efficient estimating department.

Mr. D’Elia joined Greenwood at its inception and has played a pivotal role in its growth, helping the company develop into one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the Northeast. He is a graduate of Worcester State College with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. D’Elia has served on many boards over the years and most notably spent time in Haiti helping build the Be Like Brittany orphanage.
