Rebekah Howard

Rebekah Howard is a skilled paralegal currently employed at Greenwood Law since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rebekah served in various capacities at the North Carolina School Boards Association from January 2019 to May 2023, including Advocacy Coordinator and Governmental Relations Research Specialist, where responsibilities included writing and distributing legislative updates, monitoring education-related actions, conducting research, and contributing to advocacy efforts. Experience also includes a research internship at the John Locke Foundation, involvement with the United States Attorneys’ Offices, and participation in educational programs as a counselor. Rebekah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University, earned in 2018.
