Alex Hutchings

Alex Hutchings is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Real Estate at Greenwoods Legal LLP since February 2022, Alex previously held various roles at Collins Benson Goldhill LLP, including Partner from November 2014 to January 2022, and Associate, where responsibilities included the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, tenant management for multi-let properties, and handling residential conveyancing. Alex began a legal career as a Solicitor at Collins Benson Goldhill from November 2011 to October 2014 and completed a Trainee Solicitor position at the same firm from March 2010 to October 2011. Alex's academic background includes a Law degree with German Law from the University of Surrey and legal studies at City Law School.
