Tonya Wilson

Tonya Wilson is the Human Resources Manager at Greenworks Tools. Tonya has over five years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical and engineering positions.

Tonya began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading recruitment efforts for the site, liaising with senior management, and overseeing larger scale campaigns. Tonya was also responsible for process creation and implementation, including streamlining screening processes and projection planning.

In January 2022, Tonya transitioned to their current role as Human Resources Manager at Greenworks Tools. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Tonya is also responsible for creating new ideas to attract applicants and proposing innovative recruiting ideas to management.

Tonya Wilson has a business administration degree with a concentration in operations management and supervision from McDowell Technical Community College. Tonya also has certification from OSHA 10/30 General Industry Safety and Health Certification.
