Jonathan Sherer

Jonathan Sherer is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in water resources and engineering management. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Greer Commission of Public Works since February 2023, Jonathan previously held various key roles including Capital Improvement Projects Manager and Assistant Director of Water Resources at Greenville Water, where leadership during a transitional period was a notable achievement. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Columbia SC as Water Works Engineer and Water Works Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of laboratory operations, capital improvements, compliance, and process optimization.
