Nasser Gaemi

Nasser Gaemi has worked in the technology industry since 1982. Nasser began their career as the Computer Lab Director Assistant at Cal State University Hayward. In 1983, they became a Partner and Database Developer/Consultant at Elite Information Systems. In 1987, they co-founded ASAM International, a software development company specializing in solution-oriented warehouse logistics systems. In 1997, they became the Director of Systems & Sales Support, North America at Neopost. In 1999, they founded BigDates.com, the first online reminder service for shoppers. In 2007, they became the CEO of Birthday Calendar, building one of the largest Social Network Apps on Facebook with over 43 million users. In 2009, they became the CEO of GreetingCardUniverse.com, creating the largest greeting card store in the world with over 600,000 cards. Nasser has maintained double digit growth every year.

Nasser Gaemi's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Information Systems from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics, completed in 1986. Nasser then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from California State University - East Bay in 1988. Prior to this, they studied Computer Science and Automotive Engineering at De Anza College from 1981 to 1982. In 2015, they completed an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate Program from Stanford University.
