Vlad Stepanov

Vlad Stepanov has held three positions in the tech industry. In 2021, they were a Product Owner at Greetly, where they communicated with the business team to develop technical specs for major feature updates, managed and improved the sprint planning process using agile methodologies, and initiated and implemented QA processes to improve product reliability. Vlad also held the role of Project Coordinator at Glorium Technologies in 2021, where they participated in sprint planning, estimations, sprint review, and retrospective, and worked with a team of ~20 people to finish payment methods and game provider integration projects. Finally, in 2018, they were an Assistant Project Manager at Glorium Technologies, where they assisted the project manager with sprint planning and estimations, and worked with a small team to develop AI-powered subtitling technologies.

Vlad Stepanov holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
