Alex Morton

Alex Morton, CPA has a mixture of work experience in various industries. Alex started their career as a Pro shop Intern at Champions Run Country Club in 2008. After that, in 2010, they worked as an Audit Intern at Seim Johnson, LLP and also had an internship as a Financial Advisor Intern at Waddell & Reed. Alex then founded and served as the President of A & M Lawn Service from 2003 to 2009.

In 2011, Alex joined Seim Johnson, LLP as a Senior Audit Associate and worked extensively in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in auditing and reimbursement for multi-unit healthcare systems, nursing facilities, home health care agencies, and rural health clinics.

Their most recent position was as the Chief Financial Officer at Gregg Young Automotive Group, which they have been serving since 2016.

Alex Morton, CPA earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, Alex attended Elkhorn High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to the degree, Alex also obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2013 and as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) in 2014.
