Geoff Chandler

Geoff Chandler has over 20 years of experience in HR operations and technology. Geoff is currently the Sr. Director of HR Operations at Greif, where they lead the global HR technology strategy and oversees the NA Shared Services function. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global HRIS & Payroll at Greif, responsible for the strategy and execution of HR technology for the company. Before joining Greif, Geoff worked at OSU Wexner Medical Center as the Associate Director-HRIS, where they led a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR systems. Geoff also has experience as a Manager HRIS at OSU Medical Center and as a Project Manager and HRIS Analyst at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Geoff began their career as a Benefits Coordinator at the Ohio State University Office of Human Resources.

Geoff Chandler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The Ohio State University from 1995 to 2001. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ohio University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
