Kelly Wilkin

Kelly Wilkin is a Council Member at Greif. Prior to that, they were a Manager, HR Business Partner at Battelle from February 2017 to September 2017. In that role, they provided consultation and thought leadership to business leaders focused on talent identification, development and management, strategic optimization of organizational structure, and change management. Kelly Wilkin was also a Senior HR Generalist at The Limited from March 2012 to February 2017. In that role, they served as direct partner to C-Level and Executive Leadership Team members for corporate functions, managed and administered the performance, achievement, and development of cross-functional business partners to focus on the accomplishment of strategic and business objectives, and provided guidance to associates and managers on HR programs, policies, practices, and procedures.

Kelly Wilkin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources and an English Minor from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
