Tarik Semai has extensive experience in engineering and management. They began their career as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at CERAL Céramique Algérienne from 2005 to 2007, followed by a role as a Project Engineer at AFIA International in 2007-2008, where they supervised installations and commissioning. Tarik then held various positions at Greif, Inc., including Maintenance Manager and Continuous Improvement Champion, before becoming the Plant Manager in 2021, a position they currently hold.
