Yie-Min Chen, CPA has a substantial work experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on Asia Pacific. Starting in 1988, Chen worked as a Financial Analyst for Mitsubishi Elevator in Taipei. From there, they joined Daihatsu Motor as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1989. In 1994, Chen transitioned to Ernst & Young where they worked as an Audit Senior in Singapore and Taipei. In 1999, they became the Pacific Internal Audit Manager for Union Carbide in Singapore. Chen then worked for The Dow Chemical Company from 2001 to 2009, serving as a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and ultimately the China Country Controller. From 2010 to 2011, Chen held the position of Vice President of Regional Finance and Controlling at TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific. Chen joined Microsoft in 2011 as the Senior Controller for Asia Services until 2013. Most recently, they served as the APAC Senior Financial Controller and APAC Finance Director at Greif, Inc. from 2014 to present.
Yie-Min Chen, CPA earned an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College in 1994. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from National Chung Hsing University. They also attended the Affiliated Senior High School National Taiwan Normal University for high school.
