Tatiana Bardinskaia

Tatiana Bardinskaia has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Tatiana has held various roles at different companies, starting with KPMG in 1998 as a Senior Auditor until 2002. Tatiana then joined Deloitte and became a Salaried Partner in Corporate Finance from 2003 to 2012.

Following their time at Deloitte, Tatiana co-founded Aureole Capital in 2012, where they served as the Business co-owner and Executive Director until 2017. In this role, they provided professional services in areas such as corporate transactions, corporate finance, strategic and management consulting, and business planning.

In addition to their work at Aureole Capital, Tatiana also worked as an Invited Lecturer of Corporate Finance at the Higher School of Economics from 2017, and later became the Head of Finance at Greiner Packaging in the same year.
