Simon Hengst

Simon Hengst has a diverse range of work experience. Simon currently serves as the Managing Director at GREMCO GmbH, a company that specializes in designing wire harness systems and supplying high-quality components. Prior to that, Hengst was a Managing Partner at 3CC Partners, a consulting firm focused on digital business. Simon also worked as an Entrepreneur Partner at Etribes, where they provided digital transformation consulting to leading companies across industries. Hengst co-founded CASAVO Group, where they played a crucial role in the digital transformation of home selling in Italy. Simon was also a Board Member and Shareholder at ZenMate, a global consumer VPN brand. Additionally, Hengst has held various roles at Vallure GmbH, GBP International, soreko GbR, ARAMARK, and ALDI GmbH & Co. KG.

Simon Hengst completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BA, (Hons.) in International Business Administration from Wiesbaden Business School in 2012. During their studies, they also attended Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán in 2011, where they pursued a BA in Mercadotecnia y Negocios Internacionales. Additionally, Simon Hengst obtained certifications such as the London Business School | EO Growth Forum in 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in 2016 from Scrum Alliance, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in 2016 from Scrum Alliance as well.
