Previous roles include IT Applications & Systems Support Officer and IT Operations and Services Officer at the same bank, where responsibilities encompassed core system monitoring, user support, and incident management. Daniel's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from St. George's University, where graduation was achieved with Summa Cum Laude honors. In addition to earlier roles, including an IT intern position at the National Insurance Scheme Grenada, Daniel has completed certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy and possesses a strong foundation in IT principles, systems management, and customer support.
