Gessica Moraes has extensive experience in trade marketing and merchandising at Grendene S/A, starting as an Analista de desenvolvimento de MPDV from April 2009 to November 2013, where responsibilities included developing point-of-sale displays for brands such as Ipanema and Melissa. Subsequently, Gessica served as an Analista de Trade Mkt from November 2013 to January 2017, focusing on Grendene Kids and overseeing the development and testing of various materials for effective in-store performance. Since January 2017, Gessica has held the position of Coordenadora de Trade Mkt e Merchandising, managing promotional calendars, events, campaigns, and special projects across all distribution channels, while also handling budgeting and briefing for brand-specific point-of-sale materials.
