Alexandre Breulhez

Alexandre Breulhez currently serves as an Associate and Customer Engagement & Customer Insights Lead within the Member Success Team at GRESB since February 2022, having previously worked as a Senior ESG Real Estate Analyst and ESG Real Estate Analyst at the same organization. Prior experience includes a Marketing & Communication Internship at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG and serving as Co-Chairman of Founders Club, along with a role as a Sales Representative at Activate Belgium. Alexandre is set to complete the Oxford Real Estate Investment Program at the University of Oxford in June 2024 and holds a MSc in Global Business & Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University, along with an exchange semester at Nanyang Business School.
