Jalal Kharsa

Jalal Kharsa is an experienced Software Engineer with a diverse background in software development and project management. Currently active at Gresham Tech and Inforalgo Information Technology Ltd since 2021 and 2018 respectively, Jalal has also worked as a freelancer and at Al-Rowad IT Solutions, where significant contributions include developing a Quality Management System for a governmental sector and reengineering legacy systems. Previous roles include managing technical aspects of the UAE Federal Elections 2015 project at Emirates ID and participating in various projects at the Ministry of Finance, leveraging ITIL Framework processes. Jalal holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems from Aleppo University.
