Sarah Niss

Sarah Niss is an experienced educator with a strong focus on mathematics. Currently serving as the KS4 Mathematics Coordinator and Maths Teacher at Grey Court School since August 2019, Niss has previously taught at Reddam House Constantia as a Grade Head and Maths Teacher from January 2014 to July 2019, as well as at Springfield Senior School from January 2002 to December 2013, where Niss led the Mathematical Literacy department. In addition to teaching, Niss has worked as a freelance proofreader and copy editor for Oxford University Press and authored mathematics textbooks for grades 7 to 9. Niss holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Physical Sciences from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Pretoria.
