Philip Larochelle

Philip Larochelle has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and analytics. Philip started their career at RD Legal Funding LLC as a Financial Analyst, where they developed database systems and helped automate processes. In 2017, they joined Grey Group, where they held various positions. As a Compensation & Financial Analyst, they assisted in the administration of bonus and stock programs. Later, they became the VP, Director of Compensation & HRIS, taking on responsibilities such as compensation reporting, HRIS maintenance, and job architecture. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Director of Global Compensation & Analytics at Grey Group.

Philip Larochelle earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University in 2009.
