Radhika Shrinivas

Radhika Shrinivas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Radhika most recently worked at Grey Matter Concepts as the SVP of Global Sourcing and Strategy, and prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at the same company. Before joining Grey Matter Concepts, they held the position of VP Finance & Strategy at Creative Home Ideas - a YMF Company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at Welspun USA, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Radhika also held the role of Head of Strategic Initiatives at Welspun USA Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Radhika's career started at Citigroup, where they worked as an AVP from 2005 to 2009, and then they moved to AF Ferguson (Part of Deloitte) as a Consultant. Before that, they served as DGM in the MD's Office/Chief of Staff at Welspun Group. Throughout their career, Radhika has acquired a diverse range of skills and experiences in finance, strategy, and leadership roles.

Radhika Shrinivas, CMA, pursued their MBA in Finance and Operations Management from T A Pai Management Institute between 2000 and 2002. Radhika obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in May 2021.
