Supreeth S. has extensive experience in various roles within the IT industry. Supreeth is the Founder & President of Grey Matter Solutions LLC, where they were responsible for developing the business plan, operational structure, and corporate policies. Supreeth successfully secured contracts with high-profile clients such as Bacardi, BMW, and Daiichi Sankyo.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Populus Group, where they oversaw the SharePoint portal and provider portal of NCMMIS. Supreeth played a crucial role in designing a disaster recovery plan for the Provider Portal and led the upgrade to SharePoint Server 2019 to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Before joining Populus Group, Supreeth worked at Compuware as a Programmer/Analyst, where they led the design and development of a new Document Management System for Genworth Financial. Supreeth also successfully upgraded Genworth's intranet system and enhanced Takata Highlands' Quality Traceability System in collaboration with the engineering team in Mexico.

Supreeth started their career at SIGCOM, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, coding, integrating, testing, maintaining, documenting, and supporting Business Process Systems using various technologies.

Supreeth S. has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, which was obtained from 1997 to 2001. In 2002 to 2003, Supreeth S. pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama. In 2020, Supreeth S. completed the MBE Executive Management Program from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Currently, Supreeth S. is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership & Strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which will be completed from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Supreeth S. obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2023.
