Ali Swegarden

Ali (Frank) Swegarden is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Grey Search + Strategy since November 2021, Ali focuses on providing tailored recruiting solutions for growth-oriented companies. Previously, Ali held positions as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Generalist at Sevita, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and overseeing a team of 16. Ali also worked as an HR Supervisor for Fraser, managing the full cycle recruitment of healthcare roles, and as an HR Assistant at Village Automotive Group of Minnesota, supporting policy implementation and candidate networking. Ali holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Organizational Communication and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has studied at Universidad de Valladolid.
