Danielle attended the University of Minnesota where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology at the Carlson School of Management and a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations.

In her 20-year career, Danielle’s roles have focused on helping businesses succeed through their people and vice versa. Her ability to listen, ask the right questions, and learn helps her connect the dots to uncover the right talent where others might not. Her background includes full life cycle recruiting, passive talent discovery, employer branding and compensation. With experience in a broad variety of industries, she quickly steps into any search and gains a deep understanding of the true needs of the role. And her ability to put herself in both the hiring leader’s and candidate’s shoes allows her to deliver exceptional matches.
