Nate Allen

Nate played junior professional hockey throughout North America while attending college part-time, and later graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and minor in International Business.

Nate’s recruiting career in began with the industry leader in IT staffing and services, supporting businesses of all sizes. He most recently worked as a Sr. Executive Sourcing Strategist for a Fortune Top 10 healthcare organization supporting hard-to-fill roles from individual contributor to senior executive, competing for highly sought-after talent across North America.

In his six years in the industry, Nate has successfully filled roles across a variety of skillsets including engineering, operations, executive leadership, management, development, quality assurance, project management and support. He has full life-cycle recruiting experience with skills in developing sourcing strategies and workforce plans, and providing subject matter expertise and data-driven guidance on hiring practices.
