Preeti Lata currently serves as a Research Analyst at GreyB, beginning in January 2024, with a focus on team operations. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at Aranca from December 2021 to January 2024 and participation in the India Smart Protein Innovation Challenge, where work centered around plant-based seafood solutions to address sustainable protein needs. Preeti also contributed as a Science Writer for the International and Popular Science Division at CSIR - NIScPR and worked as a Research Technical Assistant during M. Tech thesis at the Indian Institute of Millets Research. An early internship at Mother Dairy Foods Processing Limited occurred in late 2016. Preeti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Delhi University and a Master of Technology in Food Technology from Jamia Hamdard. Educational background includes secondary education from Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya and R.P.V.V Tyagraj Nagar Lodhi Road.
